The developer wanted an eco-conscious loft that preserves industrial character while meeting modern energy and comfort standards.
What We Did?
We retained exposed structure, introduced reclaimed timber and low-VOC finishes, and maximized glazing. A mezzanine adds sleeping space without compromising volume.
